The Simmons Firm, ALC, is
a genial law firm located in the Rancho Bernardo suburb of
San Diego County, California. It has a rapidly expanding client base,
which we premise upon our unique approach to the practice.
Recruiting efforts for the office are ongoing, and the office welcomes
inquiries from experienced, motivated, brilliant office personnel,
from attorneys to support staff. The firm is always ready, willing
and able to hire the right person, and there is ample, stimulating
work to be done here. Our growth has historically been constrained
only by the availability of resources…those only of the highest
caliber…to meet the opportunities available.
We do not grow for sake of growth, however, and this is not a firm
for everyone. We believe that it is never in the clients’, the
firm’s, nor the candidate’s interest to pursue an unfortunate
fit and an ill-fated relationship. Our review of candidates is a
long and deliberate process, and for those interested, we urge them
to take advantage of the same in their review of us.
